LaMonte Frierson has been line dancing since 2002. After starting his own line dancing instruction class in Nashville, he launched his YouTube channel (HowToLineDance) in 2010, posting instructional videos for online audiences. Line dancing is therapeutic and an effective workout. LaMonte conducts in-person line dancing classes at Old Hickory Community Center in Nashville every Tuesday, 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm.
