Black Millennials 4 Flint (BM4F) is a national grassroots environmental justice and civil rights organization dedicated to collective action against the crisis of lead exposure. specifically in African American & Latinx communities. Adams is the youngest African American woman appointed to the inaugural White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council. She is past president of the Memphis Urban League Young Professionals and Thursday Network— Greater Washington Urban League. Adams is the recipient of the National Urban League Young Professionals Award and the Children’s Environmental Health Network Child Health Advocate Award. She founded Tennessee’s first Lead Prevention Commission and was featured on BET’s docuseries “Finding Justice.”
