Speaker Bio
Kevin Womack is an education data scientist, software engineer, and educator who conducts research at the intersection of AI, learning science, and human-computer interaction. His career began at Morehouse College, where he graduated with honors in the historic Class of 2019, with dual degrees in computer science and mathematics. He went on to earn his masters of Science from the Columbia University Data Science Institute. Subsequently, Kevin has worked with small startups, universities, global software companies, and non-profits in various roles, from visualization to model development and prompt engineering. In his current position at Khan Academy, he works on the teams that power Khanmigo, the learning platform’s AI-powered tutor and learning aid.
