Katreequia “Kat” Thompson drives the culture and strategic talent management for the luxury brands of Volkswagen Group of America, which includes Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini. In this role, Kat also serves as the senior HR business partner to brand executives and oversees talent management and employee engagement. She also supports the company’s DEI strategic initiative, We Live Diversity, Together. Kat has more than 17 years of experience in human resources, training, talent development, and employee relations. Before joining Audi of America, she was the global supply chair HR director at Walgreens and served as director for employee relations at Allegis Group/TEKsystems and HR district business partner at Target Corporation.
