Kelli Joy Richardson is a transformational movement architect who translates consumer intelligence and creativity into business growth. As founder and CEO of House of JOY, she partners with major brands including The Ad Council, AARP, BET, Dove, Progressive, and Visa to create campaigns that deliver measurable ROI while reaching underserved consumer segments. She is co-creator of The CROWN movement to “Create a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair.” Her leadership in helping marginalized communities consistently drives breakthrough results, including Easterseals’ "Disability is Not A Dirty Word" campaign, which generated over 1 billion impressions, and the recent “Every 1 with Autism Belongs” campaign focused on destigmatizing disability and autism. Richardson also founded The SonRise Project, an NAACP Image Award-nominated nonprofit organization and podcast focused on mental health challenges in the Black community.
