Kenneth L. Johnson is a media host, executive leadership advisor, and community platform builder based in Harlem, NY. He co-hosts the Urban League Jobs Network DCSS Show in partnership with the National Urban League and hosts The Kenneth L. Johnson Show on WPPM 106.5FM Philadelphia, where he spotlights career growth, leadership, and opportunity. He is also Organizer, Producer, and TEDx licensee of TEDxHarlem, a platform he has stewarded since 2018 to bring bold ideas to the Harlem community. Kenneth brings over 25 years of experience in executive search and talent strategy as Founder and President of East Coast Executives, giving him a practitioner’s view on what real leadership pipelines require.
