Kelechi Ikemefuna oversees talent acquisition, talent management and diversity & inclusion for Volkswagen Group of America. In this role, Kelechi develops and executes strategies to align employees with the needs of the business, including succession planning with developmental opportunities for future organizational needs. Prior to joining Volkswagen, she was director of talent management for Comcast’s Northeast Division Shared Service, where she served as the key liaison to ensure talent management strategies supported the diversity, equity, and inclusion pillars. Kelechi also held HR, talent and DE&I leadership roles at Sysco and Chevron corporations.
