An award-winning corporate and nonprofit leader, Kyra brings over two decades of expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational development. Under her leadership, The Kyra Company has become a trusted partner for small businesses, corporations, and supplier programs seeking measurable outcomes and sustainable growth. Beyond her consulting work, Kyra is the founder of Imagine Excellence, Inc., a nonprofit established in 2008 that empowers youth through leadership, character development, and STEAM-based programming. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and was recently named one of the 2026 U.S. Black Chambers (USBC) Power 50 Women of Influence.
