Kayla Hall-Ransom
Founder & Owner/The City Juicery

Kayla Hall-Ransom is the Founder & Owner of City Juicery, Tennessee's premier cold-pressed juice and wellness brand, Co-Founder and COO of the 7° Healed Collective, and Vice President of Grow to Learn Co-op.

A Nashville native and former educator with over 12 years of experience across the classroom and higher levels of the educational system, she brings deep expertise in nutrition, food access, and education programming to every venture she leads.

Since launching City Juicery in 2023, Kayla has grown the brand from a single farmers' market booth into a multi-channel wellness company with vendor relationships with Goldman Sachs, an immersive membership program, an active footprint across seven Tennessee locations, a wellness health spa partnership, and an expanding vending machine presence.

Through The K Standard Agency — where standards are set and leaders are built — she consults and speaks to equip entrepreneurs, organizations, and community leaders with the strategy and mindset to build with purpose across nutrition access, education systems, workforce development, and community impact.

Rooted in her H.O.P.E. framework, Kayla Hall-Ransom is proof that wellness is a right, not a privilege.

Kayla graduated from OMBW: Black in Business Cohort 6 in 2024.
