Kiera Fernandez leads teams responsible for Target’s community and philanthropic strategy, including the Target Foundation, external stakeholder engagement, and enterprise work around inclusion and belonging. Kiera started her career with the company in 2001, serving as an executive team leader at her store in Arizona. Since then, she has held a variety of human resources leadership roles in support of business areas, from finance and operations to global supply chain and logistics. She serves on the board of directors of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul Partnership (Greater MSP), and previously served on the Greater Twin Cities United Way board. Kiera’s also a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC).
