Kristy Fercho serves on the Wells Fargo Operating Committee and is responsible for integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) into every aspect of the company’s business, developing products and services to serve customers from underserved communities, and driving DE&I initiatives companywide. Kristy joined the company in 2020 as head of Wells Fargo Home Lending, where she managed sales, operations, servicing, capital markets, portfolio management, related business, and risk management. Previously, she served as president of the mortgage division at Flagstar Bank and spent 15 years with Fannie Mae. Kristy chaired the Mortgage Bankers Association and served on the boards of the National Urban League, the Opens Doors Foundation, and the Wells Fargo Foundation. American Banker named her among its “Women to Watch” in 2022 and 2021.
