Klassi R. Duncan currently serves as vice president of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (CEI), providing small business education, counseling services, and access to resources to women and minority entrepreneurs across Louisiana. Duncan leads the strategic direction of the Center and is responsible for the oversight and management of CEI operations, programming, and staff. Under her leadership, CEI’s Women’s Business Resource Center was awarded the 2020 State and Region VI Women’s Center of Excellence Award for its work in promoting and developing women-owned businesses. Working in collaboration with Ford, Google, Pepsi, Walmart, and other partners, Duncan also develops and manages  programs designed to support women and minority-owned businesses in gaining equitable access to capital.
