The podcast, which reaches audiences in more than 150 countries, spotlights underrepresented voices in the industry while delivering gaming news, reviews, and in-depth interviews with developers and industry leaders. In 2022, Adams launched The Spawnies, an annual awards show celebrating games and developers through the lens of diverse gaming communities. Adams has received numerous honors for his work, including the Black in Gaming Excellence in Media Award and the GamesBeat Up and Comer Award.
