Jada Grandy-Mock leads Fifth Third Bank’s community engagement and community impact banking strategies. She joined Fifth Third in 2008 and her leadership has been instrumental in the Bank's efforts to improve its CRA performance levels to "Outstanding.” She held a lead role in establishing and executing the Bank's $32 billion 5-year community commitment in 2016. She also helped develop and implement the current $180MM Empowering Black Futures neighborhood revitalization program. Jada serves on the boards of Carolinas Small Business Development Fund, the Foundation of the Carolinas, and the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders.
