Janaye M. Ingram serves a critical role at Airbnb, a global platform that connects travelers with unique homes and experiences around the world, while creating entrepreneurship opportunities for hosts. She oversees the company’s strategic external engagement, leads the company’s $100M philanthropic Community Fund, and manages corporate sustainability. She is also one of the founders of Women's March and planned the inaugural Women’s March on Washington in 2017, serving as head of logistics. Prior to joining Airbnb, Janaye served as national executive director for the civil rights organization, National  Action Network (NAN), and has held several roles with various organizations in the nonprofit sector.
