Janaye Ingram
Janaye Ingram, Director of Community Partner Programs and Engagement, Airbnb

Called an “impressive leader who plays an important role in our progress toward the mountaintop,” by First Lady Michelle Obama, Janaye Ingram is the Global Director of Community Partner Programs and Engagement for Airbnb, a platform that connects travelers with unique homes and experiences around the world, while creating economic and entrepreneurship opportunities for hosts. In this role, she oversees the company’s strategic engagement with multicultural communities, organizations and stakeholders and leads the company’s $100M Community Fund. She is also one of the Founders of Women's March and planned the inaugural Women’s March on Washington in 2017, serving as Head of Logistics. Prior to her role at Airbnb, Janaye served as National Executive Director for the civil rights organization, National Action Network (NAN) and has held roles with various organizations in the nonprofit sector after beginning her career with a multistate Medicaid company. Janaye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School University and a Leadership Certificate from the University of Kansas.
