Joy partners with Lilly’s CEO and senior leaders to develop a workplace culture where everyone can bring their whole selves—their diverse perspectives, ideas and experiences—to our shared purpose of making life better for patients around the world. In 2019, Lilly was recognized with the Catalyst Award for diversity and inclusion initiatives to understand and address challenges for women and minorities. Joy played a key role in leading that work. As a dynamic speaker and strategic thought partner, Joy has presented keynote speeches and workshops in more than 20 countries on five continents. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in various industries. She is a highly sought-after executive coach, helping leaders to fulfill their aspirations.
