Jotaka Eaddy is an award-winning strategist, advocate, and the co-host of the award-winning OWN TV series “Speak Sis.” Dubbed by Forbes Magazine as the “Olivia Pope of Silicon Valley,” Jakarta and her Full Circle Strategies team worked on the OWN Network’s OWN Your Vote Campaign and the launch of Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women Initiative which created an historic $1 billion investment in projects impacting Black women. Previously, Eaddy served as senior director for voting rights for the NAACP. In 2004, she directed the national lobby and international advocacy campaign against the juvenile death penalty in the United States, which led to the landmark 2005 US Supreme Court ruling abolishing the juvenile death penalty in the United States. In 2020, Eaddy founded the #WinWithBlackWomen movement, a broad network of business, sports, community, politics, and entertainment leaders dedicated to supporting Black women.
