Described as the “Olivia Pope of Silicon Valley” by Forbes Magazine, Jotaka is a seasoned strategist with more than 20 years’ experience in policy, advocacy, and movement building. With her social impact consulting firm, Full Circle Strategies, Jotaka collaborates with corporate clients, non-profits, tech firms, foundations, and government organizations seeking to advance policy, ideas, and change. Jotaka helped launch Goldman Sachs’ $10 billion investment fund focused on Black women entrepreneurs. She also guided the development and launch of Oprah Winfrey's OWN Your Vote Initiative and, in 2020, founded #WinWithBlackWomen, an intergenerational, intersectional network of leaders committed to empowerment and advancement of Black women and the communities they serve. Jotaka also co-hosts the award-winning OWN  television series “Speak Sis!”
