Jesseca “Judy” Harris-Dupart is the founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products, a multi-million-dollar business that creates products to help promote healthy hair growth and encourage individuality. Jesseca grew her beauty empire from the ground up, securing her cosmetology license in 2001 and working as a stylist for more than a decade before opening her first salon in New Orleans in 2013. She launched her Kaleidoscope line with four products. Today, the Kaleidoscope Hair Products is one of the fastest growing brands in the multicultural hair space, with successful retail partnerships with Sally’s, Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and more. Jesseca also founded KaleidoKares, a non-profit organization focused on giving back to the community. In 2018, Jesseca and the company became Guinness Book of World Records holders by hosting a massive Christmas toy donation in the New Orleans Super Dome.
