Jodi Brockington is a leadership and innovation strategist, ecosystem builder, author, podcaster, AI-certified professional, and nationally recognized pitch architect with over 15 years of experience helping organizations, entrepreneurs, and communities transform ideas into impact. As Founder of NIARA Consulting, FOJ Network, and BLENDiD, she designs people-centered strategies that strengthen leadership, foster innovation, and create lasting social change.
Jodi also serves as Chief Innovation Officer for Harper & Cook Consulting, LLC., leading innovation strategy, ecosystem development, and strategic growth initiatives, and as Chief Partnerships Officer & Co-Founder of Venture Philanthropy Blueprint (VPB). A nationally recognized producer of high-impact pitch competitions, she has coached hundreds of founders on investor readiness, executive presence, and strategic positioning.
