Jodi Brockington is a strategic architect of equity, innovation, and impact, recognized for designing and leading initiatives at the intersection of business, social impact, and inclusion. She is the Founder of NIARA Consulting, BLENDiD—a DEI-forward leadership platform—and the FOJ Network, a global community of multicultural leaders committed to authentic connection, capital, and collaboration. Jodi has led transformative work across finance, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector. She held senior leadership roles at DTCC, Merrill Lynch, and Operation HOPE, where she advanced public-private partnerships and spearheaded community wealth-building initiatives. As the former Director of Corporate Relations and Fund Development at the New York Urban League, she led multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts for youth, economic empowerment, and diversity programs—including the Young Professionals, Champions of Diversity, and the Frederick Douglass Gala. A sought-after advisor, executive coach, and speaker, Jodi serves as Co-President of the Women’s Media Group, and sits on the boards of Black Chef Series and Black In Every Color. Her work has earned her recognition as a Network Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and one of the Top 100 DEI Leaders. She is a proud alum of UCLA, USC, Baruch, and Hunter, holding multiple graduate degrees in social work, public administration, and education.
