Jodi Brockington is an experienced consultant who crafts strategies and innovative solutions for individuals, small businesses, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to launching NIARA Consulting, she was director of diversity and inclusion sourcing for Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, which operates facilities and data centers around the world. She also served as consultant for National Urban League (NUL) Annual Career Fair, and was the founding president of New York NUL Young Professionals. Since 2012, Brockington has produced and hosted NUL’s Digital Career Success Series. In 2022, Jodi launched BLENDiD, a real-time information platform for people with biracial and multiracial backgrounds.
