Harold has made a lasting impact on the Middle Tennessee community through my dedication to workforce development, second-chance employment, and youth empowerment. As a strategic program leader with the Urban League of Middle Tennessee, he has built partnerships that bridge the gap between employers, educators, and community members—creating pathways to economic stability and growth.

Through his leadership, he has done the following:

Expanded access to employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers such as prior justice involvement, limited experience, or lack of training.

Organized community career and job fairs in collaboration with Conex ion Americas, the American Job Center, and Martha O’Bryan Center (community-based organizations), connecting hundreds of residents with meaningful work.

Advocated for equitable hiring and fair pay, empowering individuals to pursue sustainable employment and career advancement.
