For Northwestern Mutual, Grady Crosby develops strategies, drives execution, and reports on risk identification and mitigations initiatives related to the company’s vision around sustainability, responsible citizenship, and governance. His team collaborates with the multidisciplinary enterprise sustainability and impact (ESI) leadership council to address the organization’s approach to sustainable growth and long-term value creation across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Grady joined Northwestern Mutual in 2022. Previously, he worked at Johnson Controls for over 10 years, serving as a corporate officer, VP of public affairs and chief diversity officer. Grady serves on the Froedtert Health System, is the current board chair of the Wisconsin Public Policy Forum, and vice-chair of the Wisconsin Center District. ty and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
