Felicia Williams is Macy’s Fellow for CEO Action for Racial Equity, a fellowship of seasoned executives that works to advance racial equity through public policy that addresses systemic racism and social injustice. Williams joined Macy’s as vice president, internal audit in 2004, after having served as director of internal audit for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in Athens, Greece. Williams’ commitment to community service includes serving as former board member of the Manhattan Theater Company in New York City; board chair of Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati; chair of the audit, finance and investment committees for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati; and a member of the board and finance committee of The Children’s Theater of Cincinnati. She has received numerous awards including the 2006 YWCA Career Women of Achievement.
