Evon Roquemore is a thought leader on mental health policy,  advocacy, and financing. She utilizes her expertise to train and educate leaders on integrating mental health into business. As head of Bright's healthcare delivery system, her responsibilities include The Bright Clinic, Brightside Clinic, EVERSO, Bright Technology Group, and The Bright Foundation. Under her leadership, Bright has developed proprietary electronic visit verification and compliance software, which provides real-time facial verification, compliance, risk analysis, and productivity reporting for healthcare providers. Additionally, Bright launched its own workforce development program, a statewide community-based mental health training curriculum, and The Bright Model, a mental health treatment model that boasts sustainable outcomes after 6 months and 30 days of treatment.
