Esther Ndichu manages community relations activities and has oversight for the UPS Foundation’s equity & economic empowerment portfolio and other strategic Foundation initiatives. Prior to this position, Esther served as managing director for UPS in Southern and Eastern Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. In her role, she oversaw the management of UPS authorized service contractors in 21 countries in the region. From 2016 to 208, Esther served as vice president of public affairs and government relations for UPS in the ISMEA District based in Dubai. In 2018, Esther was elected executive vice president of the American Business Council and received the 2018 Woman in Business Award from the American Chamber of Commerce of Abu Dhabi. In 2010, Esther joined the UPS Foundation’s Humanitarian team in Atlanta and was responsible for the Foundation’s global humanitarian engagements.
