Speaker Bio
Diedra Porché leads a national team of over 160 community managers in the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia, dedicated to strengthening communities and promoting financial health. Her team partners with local and national leaders and organizations to address community challenges, provide access to banking tools and advice, and foster financial independence through a territory-based approach. Diedra also leads the firmwide effort to advance the company’s financial health strategy, including the Center for Financial Growth and Innovation and Fraud and Scams Prevention. Diedra’s leadership and impact have earned her numerous accolades. She was named a 2025 Ebony Power 100 Community Crusader and listed on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s LA 500 for 2024 and 20245. She is the recipient of the 2025 JVS SoCal Rosaline L. Zuckerman Women’s Empowerment Award and the 2024 Los Angeles Times Inspirational Women Award.
