David Perrin
President /National Urban League Youth Council

David Perrin served as president of the National Urban League Youth Council for the 2025-2026 term. He is a 2026 graduate of Hampton High School, where he served as class president. David will matriculate at Norfolk State University in the fall. David has served in numerous leadership roles in his community and academic career.
