Darryl Lobban is a seasoned executive and public theologian with over a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives at the intersection of democracy, faith, and social impact. For Common Cause, he oversees communications, development, and digital strategy to advance democratic values and civic engagement nationwide. Daryl’s career spans philanthropy and social innovation. At Stand Together, he helped launch a national entrepreneurship effort to empower a million new business owners. As Senior Director of Partnerships at The One America Movement, he bridged divides across religious, political, and cultural lines. Earlier roles include leading advocacy and crisis communications at the Episcopal Diocese of Washington and developing policy partnerships with the Massachusetts Council of Churches and the Boston Black Ministerial Alliance.
