Dynasti Hunt Harris is the Founder and CEO of Tayden Impact Partners, a Nashville-based organizational development consultancy that helps nonprofit and mission-driven organizations build healthier, more effective workplaces. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: work shapes people, people shape communities, and communities shape the world — which means leaders carry real responsibility for what their organizations do to the people inside them, not just what those people produce. A graduate of Goldman Sachs' Black in Business program, Dynasti has since grown Tayden into a trusted partner for organizations navigating culture, leadership development, and organizational change. She lives in Nashville with her family.
