D’Juan Hopewell - Co-Founder InsureBlack D'Juan Hopewell is an expert in the areas of content creation and campaign strategies. As a political operative, he worked with Human Rights Campaign to create the Black faith based strategy that enabled marriage equality to pass in Maryland. He was also instrumental in helping to create similar strategies to pass the Maryland Dream Act. D'Juan has contributed as a writer to the Huff Post and Blavity, among other outlets and most recently served as Content Editor for We Buy Black. In that role he he grown the platform from an afterthought to over 500,000 page views each month, producing numerous viral stories.
