Dominique Casimir-German

Dominique is a driving force in the Philadelphia commercial real estate industry. At Thomas Jefferson, she manages an estimated $8.5 billion portfolio and oversees a budget of around $80 million. Previously she was the deputy commissioner of real estate management for the City of Philadelphia (5th largest City at the time), which included all acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and land (vacant & occupied). She worked on some of the city’s most progressive real estate transactions and introduced social impact requirements for real estate proposals. Prior to working at the City of Philadelphia, Dominique served as VP of transaction & advisory services for CBRE, the largest global real estate firm.
