As senior vice president of programming for Urban One's Radio One and Reach Media divisions, Colby Tyner is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all l content strategy, which includes radio programming operations for 60-plus radio stations across the country. Tyner leads a team of programming managers and talent for Reach Media, one of the nation’s largest syndication broadcasting networks, which employs many high-profile on-air talents across various radio formats and reaches 15 million listeners weekly. Tyner also leads podcasting content curation and operations and hosts “The Backstory Podcast with Colby Colb.” He also manages the company's music industry and entertainment relationships, as well as entertainment talent curation for multiple company events and TV One programming.
