Cleveland Spears, III leads Spears Group, a full-service creative and advertising agency, and serves as president of Festivals for Good, a 501c3 nonprofit that produces festivals across the country and donates proceeds to charitable causes while driving economic opportunities for Black-owned businesses. Cleveland is a New Orleans native and has been building companies and teams for 15 years. Across his various companies, he employs and leads approximately 50 full-time and dozens of part-time employees and contractors. The Spears Group's client roster includes the NBA, NFL, BlueCross BlueShield, Entergy, WK Kellogg Foundation, Raising Cane's, ESSENCE Festival, and countless other marque brands.
