Cynthia Respert is a certified AI solution architect, global keynote speaker, and AI advocate who advances workforce transformation through responsible, accessible AI systems. She partners with enterprise, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial leaders to translate complex technology into a clear strategy that drives execution, trust, and sustainable value. Her consultancy has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives for major organizations, including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, Cadillac, Comcast NBCUniversal, Rocket Community Fund, and eMerge Americas. She is a Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women alum, Perplexity Business Fellow, and was recognized as one of the Most Inspirational Women in Web3 and AI by Unstoppable Women of Web3 (2025). As the founder of AI BuildHER Academy and AI Execution Club, Cynthia designs immersive, execution-focused learning environments that equip leaders with the capacity, capability, and confidence to lead in the AI economy.
