Speaker Bio
Dr. Chris Reddick is an experienced medical scientist with over 20 years of dedicated work in the healthcare field, focusing on health equity and improving access to quality healthcare. Since joining Takeda in 2007, Dr. Reddick has collaborated with global stakeholders to advance Takeda’s initiatives in access to medicines, DEI, patient centricity, and health equity. In his current role, he leads Takeda’s efforts to address health disparities and inequities in communities, as well as ensure broader patient access to healthcare. Additionally, he serves as the executive sponsor of Takeda’s Black Leadership Council. Dr. Reddick also has extensive experience in community-based healthcare through his involvement with public health organizations, non-profits, and academic institutions.
