Chuck Morse is the pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church New Orleans. He also serves as executive director of Thrive New Orleans and is also a professor at Union Baptist College and Theological Seminary in New Orleans. Morse is the founder of United By Water Ministries and president of the Hoffman Triangle Neighborhood Association. He has a master’s degree in urban studies from the University of New Orleans and a master's degree in divinity from Union Baptist College Theological Seminary in New Orleans.
