Cecil Johnson is responsible for providing DEI for key pharmaceutical/R&D business and talent strategies at Johnson & Johnson. He has dedicated most of his career to the company, filling multiple roles that include sales, management, learning strategy, leadership development, and global talent management. Significantly, Johnson focused on future VP talent and preparing them for C-suite leadership.He expanded the organization’s talent innovation capability and external value by partnering top talent with external healthcare start-up CEOs to create business model and organizational solutions. Johnson is currently a doctoral candidate in global leadership and change at Pepperdine University.
