Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is a member of the executive leadership team and leads all aspects of Acuity Brands’ global communications strategy, including corporate communications, media relations, and brand management. Since 2016, Dr. Steele Flippin has been a Research Fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is the author of the best-sellers “Generation Z in the Workplace” and “Millennials in the Workplace.” Her latest book, “Get Your Career in SHAPE,” was released in March 2022.
