Cherrelle J. Duncan, MPSA, is a public servant, strategist, and community builder dedicated to advancing equity and amplifying marginalized voices. She is the founder of 11th Street Ventures, a political and social impact consulting firm that equips nonprofits with strategic tools for sustainability and serves as a launchpad for getting women elected to public office. Through organizing, fundraising, and message development, Cherrelle helps turn leadership into electoral wins. She is also the founder of SOA Co. Books, a mobile bookstore and cultural activation hub that celebrates Black authors, fosters community literacy, and curates meaningful conversations. As the curator of Liberation Market, a Juneteenth-centered partnership with the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston and featured at the Buffalo Soldiers National Museum, she generated economic opportunities for over 120 Black-owned businesses over three years.
