Carolyn R. Coleman, a native of Saint Louis, Missouri, is an ordained minister, servant leader, and organizational architect whose work bridges faith, leadership, and community transformation. In her role at the Real Estate Developers (R.E.D.) Academy, she leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of educational initiatives that prepare emerging real estate developers to build stronger, more equitable communities. A trailblazer in ministry, Carolyn became the first woman ordained at Mount Zion Baptist Church in St. Louis. Carolyn is an active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Nashville and maintains professional affiliations with, among others, the National Black MBA Association, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Initiative, and Nashville Women Leaders Association.
