Speaker Bio
Cynthia H. Bowman serves as the chief strategist for D&I and CSR globally for Bank of America where she leads enterprise-wide diversity initiatives, conferences, strategic partner management and sponsorships, inclusion learning, metrics and data reporting, and oversight of employee networks for more than 230,000 memberships and allies worldwide. She also leads programs focused on arts and heritage, consumer affairs, women’s economic empowerment, and the Bank of America Alumni Network. Bowman was named one of For(bes) Culture 50 Champions and ranked among Diversity Woman Media Magazine’s inaugural Elite 100 Black Women Leaders list and Insider’s DEI Trailblazers list in 2021. Bowman was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as a 2021 Most Influential Woman and one of Black Enterprise’s Top Executives in Corporate Diversity in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
