Bobby Scott is a member of the Houston Area Urban League Guild, where he served as guild president and board member of the Houston affiliate from 2008 to 2016. Scott is also a volunteer member of the Houston Ensemble Theater Guild and serves in the leadership role of Special Events & Opening Night Committee chair since 2011. He is an active member of other professional, civic, and community-oriented organizations, including the Texas Business Travel Association, RodeoHouston (the city’s largest non-profit), and the Center for Healing Racism. In 2015, Scott accepted an appointment to the Flo-Motion Dance Association board of directors.
