Don Bright started his State Farm^® career in 1994 as a summer intern and later that year began full-time employment in Canton, Ohio, as a claim representative. He held various P&C claims leadership roles in former Mid-America and Texas zones. His leadership experiences have included roles in auto ILR, property express, property complex, and auto injury. He also assisted in the design and standing up of State Farms’ new auto model. Outside of claims, Don has led in human resources as an assistant manager. He has also worked in the former Mid-America Zone executive office as a staff assistant responsible for communication strategy, planning, and analysis.
