As segment head of Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) for JPMorgan Chase, Brian Lamb leads commercial banking teams covering the company’s Northeast region, delivering credit and financing, digital payments, treasury services and international banking for global clients. Previously, he served two years as the firm’s global head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and was instrumental in propelling the firm’s $30 billion commitment to racial equity, including a successful global supplier diversity strategy and the establishment of DEI Centers of Excellence. Brian chairs the Florida State University System Board of Governors and the National Urban League’s Audit Committee. In 2021, Business Insider named Brian a DEI Trailblazer and, in 2018, he was ranked among the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine.
