Aria F. Wright is the Associate Vice President (AVP) at Strategic Group, the agency of record for Moet Hennessy USA where she leads a department of 70 wine and spirits specialists. Wright has had a robust career in marketing, with deep personal roots and a commitment to excellence.
After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Marketing, Wright accepted a position at NBC News in New York. Since then, she has worked with reputable brands in the music, television, and wine and spirits industries.
She landed a job with a leading agency that represented top wine and spirit brands, where she managed thousands of events and toured the country as an ambassador, representing high profile brands and gathering intel on consumer trends to develop exciting marketing campaigns. Wright later served as Director of Entertainment at BET Networks, where she managed relationships between show producers, talent agents, and managers.
Wright loves mentoring young people and often organizes friends and colleagues for charity work to benefit hunger, homelessness, at-risk youth, and battered women’s causes. She has begun working with a team of production specialists to develop television show concepts and pilots that showcase African American women as role models and skilled professionals.
