Angela Davis is Associate Vice President in Member Solutions Sales and Service-Personal Lines at Nationwide Insurance Company, one of the country’s largest diversified insurance and financial services organizations.
As part of Personal Lines Services, she is responsible for starting up a 300 seat Service Center in Gainesville, Florida and leading the work from home Services team in Amarillo, Texas. Davis serves as a champion for internal and external customers. Her core competencies include developing talent, problem solving and strategic agility.
Davis’ distinguished career with Nationwide began over 26 years ago in the Claims department. She previously served in various claims roles and as a Claims Manager in the Virginia Operation. During her tenure at Nationwide, she also served as a Business Project Management Consultant in Columbus, Ohio; Personal Lines Service Center Manager in Amarillo, TX; and as Director of Performance Improvement and Training supporting Claims, Commercial, Personal Lines and Titan/Powersports. Davis is Vice President of the Associate Resource group AWARE. She is active in her community and has served on several boards, including United Way and Hunton YMCA. Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
