In her executive role, Alva Adams directs strategy for Toyota/Lexus multicultural partnerships, organizational support, and sponsorships covering the brand’s Black, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islanders, Native American, LGBTQ, and women external/community outreach.  She also heads collaborative projects and relationships that engage the Toyota Lexus Minority Owners Dealership Association, including the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers.  A native of Fort Lauderdale, Adams also chairs the YWCA of Greater Los Angeles Board of Directors and serves on the boards of The Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board and the National Urban League Corporate Advisory Council.
